Post-16 education in Powys is facing various challenges. The County Council believes that change is needed to address these issues and improve the quality and range of provision. The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand what learners and parents/carers need from a post-16 education system in Powys and what factors affect their decision making when deciding where to attend. The feedback from this questionnaire will be used to inform possible changes that would affect post-16 education for young people in Powys within the next 5 years. Please complete this questionnaire by 14th November 2025.

Completed questionnaires will be processed by Opinion Research Services (ORS), an independent research company. All personal information will be kept securely, in-line with latest data protection laws, and anonymised by April 2026. In the reports, feedback from individuals will be completely anonymous, but views from organisations or people acting in their official capacity may be attributed.
